He called prior to his arrival, he arrived earlier than expected, took his time to explain the exclusion process in detail, and made sure all my questions were answered before he got started.
Jesse was extremely knowledgeable and was attentive to the areas of concern. He was courteous and wore shoe coverings. It was refreshing to work with someone who is not only skilled but also friendly. It was also pretty amazing to see the work that was completed via the customer portal.
