I was a tenant in a rental unit that had a mouse infestation; Phil from Bay Pest Solution was incredibly helpful throughout—he also helped us with drain flies and cockroaches in the same unit. He was very easy to get in touch with and was also clearly very knowledgeable about all the different pests we had and took time to explain to us why he was doing what he was doing so that we felt involved and informed. We have dogs and so were worried about methods that may pose harm to the animals and Phil knew a lot about what methods of pest control were and weren't safe in a home with pets which we greatly appreciated.

I didn’t do research to find Bay Pest Solutions. I know them since they are the pest control contractor for an HOA I am familiar with. The entire experience, from initial inspection to job completion, was professional, punctual, and seamless. I called Robert the day we found a termite ‘poo’ on the hardwood floor. Richard came to verify our findings and provided proposals to exterminate termites and address delayed projects such as soiled insulation in the attic. Options are discussed and I never felt the pressure to commit to something I didn’t need to. I would recommend to anyone who needs pest control service. Updated Dec 16, 2024 – Richard came immediately after my report of animal dropping on the shingle roof. Upon confirming no animal entry into the attic, he went ahead and inspected the entire perimeter of the house to make sure ‘exclusion’ is sound. This gives me the necessary peace of mind going into the holidays. Very happy with Bay Pest Solution of their response time and quality of service.

After being with Terminix for many years, we switched to Bay Pest Solution. With Terminix, we kept getting the runaround from one person to another when we had issues; even then, the communication took weeks. We had work done at a poor quality. Then we started searching for a new company in Pleasanton, and we came across Bay Pest Solution. They helped understand what our issues and concerns were, and they turned things around. If we have an issue, we let our technician know or we call the office and they'll take care of it.

Fearlessly tackled wasp infestation Sep 19, 2024

I was plagued by a paper wasp infestation that extended into the soffit of the house. Julian arrived a week later and tackled it fearlessly. No hesitation routing out the nests and was done with the job within 30 minutes. That includes the time he took to spray the perimeter with a standard insect treatment. Julian kept me in the loop the entire time, noting other infestations he took care of (e.g. spiders, ants, etc.). It's been a month and haven't seen anything flying or crawling outside the house the entire time. For the price and quality of service, I couldn't be happier.
